Our Darling Weekend Getaway will be an intimate celebration surrounded by our closest friends and family. We'll at begin at 6:00 PM with an outdoor ceremony nestled along the riverbank — please note there are few stairs to get down to the ceremony site, so wear comfortable footwear! Attire: Dressy Summer Casual—breathable, comfortable, and ready to celebrate in the Texas Hill Country (and heat)! Breathable dresses, sundresses, linen pants and shirts, shorts + polos are all great options. See FAQs for more details. Timing: Please feel free to arrive to the cocktail hour or reception at anytime on Friday evening.

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to a cocktail hour from 6:30 – 7:30 PM, followed by dinner and dancing from 7:30 – 10:30 PM. Both will be held at the pavilion, conveniently located closest to cabins 19 and 1.

The Hideout on the Horseshoe returns to its regular schedule at 10:30 PM, but the party doesn't have to stop there! We'll keep the celebration going with our own music and drinks. We'll have everything set up in the catering kitchen by the pavilion and Cabin 19, so please stay with us to hang out, unwind, and enjoy the rest of the night if you're up for it!

Join us in the pavilion for breakfast tacos before we hit the water! Attire is casual — feel free to come dressed and ready in your river attire. We'll head out for our 1.5 – 2 hour float at 1:00 PM.

Hideout on the Horseshoe sits right along a stunning bend in the Guadalupe River! We'll be doing a group float trip (1.5–2 hours in tubes) around the Horseshoe, known as one of the most beautiful stretches of river in the area. Hideout will shuttle us to the top, and we'll float right back to our cabins at the end of the bend. We can continue to hang out in our tubes and swim in the water next to our cabins once we get back. For those who'd rather stay back, we'll have games and activities at the cabins — you can always feel free to jump in the river by the cabins, and the floaters can join the games when we get back! A few things to know before you go: - Wear your swimsuit! The Guadalupe stays refreshingly cool year-round, typically ranging from the mid-60s to low-70s. - Alcohol is permitted on the river — we'll have coolers stocked with drinks and water. - Hideout provides transportation and tubes with hard bottoms for added comfort. What to bring: - Feel free to bring your Yeti, Stanley, Hydro Flask, or whatever you're drinking out of these days. - Other helpful things: water shoes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a speaker, snacks, and anything else that makes your perfect float day!

Texas BBQ will be served. We'll be on our own for this event. Drinks will be available, but we'll all be our own bartenders! Come ready with your favorite karaoke song. Attire: Casual—we'll be fresh off the river, so come comfy, relaxed, and ready to party.
